The music of AND HARMONY DIES can be defined as a kind of Black Metal with influences from Thrash, Doom, Death Metal mixed with the desire of the band to experiment with other styles such as Electronic, film soundtrack music, Folk and world music.
Ballast is their 7th release and marks the return of one of the most modern and eclectic bands on the European Post Metal and Avantgarde Black Metal scene.
The cover artwork is from Stefan Todorovic ( GORGOROTH ), and the lyrics are sombre and deal with human-related issues, particularly human emotions such as joy or pain, happiness and disappointment, but also protest against prejudice and conformism.
